Crystal Clear Horse Hoof Cake

Ingredients
250g tapioca starch
Appropriate oil
Appropriate rock sugar
500g lotus roots
Crystal clear Lotus root Rice cake Steps
1. Wash the mud off the lotus roots first
2. Then peel the lotus roots
3. Chop the lotus roots into pieces and make them into Sugar water
4. Mix half a bowl of cold water with the tapioca starch evenly in a bowl
5.Steam Clean the dish
6. Put some oil in the steaming dish (the purpose is to prevent the rice cake from sticking when picking it up)
Tips
1. Peel the lotus roots, wash them clean, and keep ready;
2. Boil 3 cups of water with rock sugar until dissolved, then mix in fresh chopped lotus root;
3. Mix another 3 cups of water with tapioca starch, add it to the sugar and lotus root mixture while stirring evenly, then pour into an oiled mold;
4. Steam for about 20 minutes, and you get fresh lotus root rice cake.
