  Spicy Mutton Strips Steps to make

1. Take out the mutton and soak it in water until defrosted.

2. Slice into thin strips, marinate with cooking wine for a moment.

3. Prepare flour mixture, ordinary flour is fine. Add some salt.

4. Mix the mutton strips in until each one is coated.

5. Heat oil to the level used for frying, then add the mutton strips and fry until crispy.
