Fermented Bean Curd Steamed Spare Ribs

Ingredients
Ribs 300g
Half a piece of red fermented tofu
A little oil
A little salt
Sugar A little
Ginger Two small pieces
Sweet potato A little sweet potato starch
Fermented tofu Steamed Rib preparation steps
1. Rinse the ribs and drain the water.
2. Put the fermented tofu and sugar in a bowl, add a small amount of water and mix to make fermented tofu juice.
3. Mix the cleaned ribs with the fermented tofu juice thoroughly, best done by hand.
4. After mixing the ribs with the fermented tofu, add sweet potato starch and mix by hand (add a little water in the middle).
5. Add two pieces of ginger, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, and steam for 18 minutes when the water boils.
6. Add green onions, turn off the heat and let it sit for 1 minute before serving.
Tips
When mixing with sweet potato starch, add a little water to make it smooth and tender.
