Peach Kudzu Corn Soup with Pig's Hooves

Pig's feet2 pieces

Kudzu root1 piece

Steps for cooking pig's feet with kudzu and corn

1. Cut the pig's feet into pieces.

2. Separate the corn, peel and slice the kudzu root.

3. Boil the pig's feet first, then add all ingredients to cook over low heat for 1.5 hours, adding salt to taste; it tastes great, haha.

Tips
