Ingredients
Low-gluten flour Flour 120g
Sugar 50g
Eggs 2 pieces
Molasses 15g
15g water
Rice beans Filling as appropriate
Instructions for making Red Bean Crepes
1. Prepare the red bean filling.
2. Beat eggs in a bowl with an electric mixer on low speed, then add sugar.
3. Increase to high speed and beat until there are patterns. Add molasses and water, mix well.
4. Sift in low-gluten flour while mixing continuously.
5. Mix thoroughly, let it stand for 20 minutes.
6. Dry the non-stick pan with moisture, then heat on low flame, pour a spoonful of batter into the pan and fry.
7. Fry until the bottom turns golden yellow, then remove and cool down to use later.

9. Take another thin pancake piece, place the golden side upwards, combine them together to complete.

Always use low flame when frying, this will ensure a beautiful color.
