Sausage Stewed Tofu

Ingredients
Sausage 80g
Tofu 300g
Freshly red Chili To taste
Ginger To taste
Green onions to taste
Garlic to taste
Salt 3g
Salad oil 15ml
Vinegar 5ml
How to Cook Sausage Stew with Tofu
1.Soft tofu Wash, cut into cubes, and place in a dish for later use.
2.Steam Cooked sausages cut into slices, ginger sliced, green onions diced, garlic sliced, chilies cut into pieces, all set aside.
3. Place the pot on medium heat and add salad oil. Heat to 7 then add ginger threads, green onion flakes, garlic slices, and fry until fragrant.
4. Then add tofu and stir-fry, adding a little vinegar and salt to mix well.
5. After tofu is evenly coated with seasonings, add sausages and stir-fry, then add a small amount of water and simmer.
6. When the tofu is well-flavored and the sausages are tender, add chilies and mix thoroughly before serving in a dish.
Tips
1) Do not use too much salt as the sausage is already salty.
2) Be gentle when stirring the tofu to avoid breaking it.
