Green Onion Braised Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients:
Water bamboo shoots 500g
Appropriate amount of oil
Appropriate amount of salt
Appropriate amount of oyster sauce
Appropriate amount of chopped green onion
Appropriate amount of light soy sauce
Chicken essence Appropriate amount
Coriander Diced appropriately
Aged garlic oil How to make water bamboo shoots:
1. Wash the water bamboo shoots and cut them into dice-shaped pieces.
2. Prepare chopped green onion (if there is fresh green onion, you can use more).
3. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped green onions until they turn slightly golden.
4. Add the diced water bamboo shoots and stir-fry evenly. Then add an appropriate amount of salt.
5. Add oyster sauce.
6. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce for coloring.
7. Stir-fry evenly, then add an appropriate amount of water.Boil Over medium heat
8. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
9. After 2 minutes, uncover, add chicken essence to season, then turn off the heat.
10. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
This is a quick dish; the best texture comes when the water bamboo shoots are fully cooked and slightly tender.
Oyster sauce already has a slight sweetness, so no sugar is needed.
