Papaya Custard Soup

Ingredients
Papaya half a piece
Fresh milk 480ml
Egg whites three pieces
A small piece of rock sugar
Vinegar 1 teaspoon

1. Boil the fresh milk, add rock sugar and simmer until dissolved, then cool down and set aside.
2. Beat the egg whites, then mix in the cooled milk and a teaspoon of vinegar.milk and one teaspoon of vinegar mixed well.
3. Strain step 2 into small bowls, cover with cling film.
4. Place in a pot and steam for 10 minutes to make cheese.Steam 10 minutes until the cheese is done.
5. Cut the papaya into pieces, blend them into pulp, and pour over the cheese when serving.

Cover with cling film during steaming
