Fried Preserved Radish with Pigeon Gizzards

Ingredients
Dove gizzards 300g
Soak Radish 120g
Appropriate amount of cooking oil
Appropriate amount of salt
Green pepper Appropriate amount
Chili paste Appropriate amount
Yellow pickled chili peppers
Soy sauce (light) Appropriate amount

1. Prepare the dove gizzards.
2. Prepare green peppers, chili paste, yellow pickled chili peppers, and soaked radish.
3. Wash and slice the dove gizzards thinly.
4. Chop radish, green pepper,
ginger , garlic into small pieces. 5. Marinate the dove gizzards with soy sauce and starch, set aside.
6. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger and garlic.
7. Add the dove gizzards, stir-fry until cooked, remove from heat.
8. Add green peppers.
9. Add soaked radish.
Pour in the pickled daikon radish.
10. Pour steamed fish soy sauce.
11. Add chili paste and pickled chili peppers, stir evenly.
12. Season to taste, serve in a bowl.

1. Do not overcook the dove gizzards to maintain tender texture.
