Mom's Braised Carp

Ingredients

  Largemouth carp about 1.5 catties

Two cloves of garlic, small

Mom's recipe for braised carp

  Steps 1. Step 1: Dry the carp well and fry it in heated peanut oil until golden on both sides, then put it aside in a plate.
