Onion Beef Rice

Ingredients

120g tenderloin beef slices

  half an onion 50g pickled vegetables

white

rice 1 bowl 200ml water

3 tablespoons soy sauce

  1 and a half teaspoons sugar a little salt, sesame oil,

  and chicken essence each to taste

1. Rinse the beef slices with water.2. Cut the onion into thick strands. 3. Mix the seasoning ingredients and heat in a pot until boiling.

4. Put the beef into the sauce, cook until it changes color, then add the onion and cook until the onion is tender, then turn off the heat.5. Arrange the cooked beef, onions, and cooking liquid on the white rice, drizzle with a little sesame oil, and top with pickled vegetables. 6. Tips
