Yam Noodle Frozen Tofu Stewed Meat

- Ingredients
- Frozen Tofu1 piece
- Yam Starch Hands1 handful
- Skin-on Pork Cut into chunks4 pieces
- Ginger2 slices

1. Sauté the pork in a pan until it changes color, add two slices of ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add water, simmer for 30 minutes on low heat;

2. Add Yam starch, frozen tofu, and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat;

3. Switch to low heat, add chopped green onions, turn off the fire, and serve.

Yam starch is made from fragrant yam, available in supermarkets; it can be replaced with sweet potato starch.
