- Steps for making dual-colored mold desserts
-
1. Soak the agar in cold water for more than 2 hours.
-
2. In a pot, add milk and a little bit of water, along with some agar to boil. Add sugar and season. Then scoop out some into a shallow dish, place it in the refrigerator to chill, and check its hardness. If too hard, add more water and continue cooking;if too soft, add more agar until melted.
-
3. Fold a triangular support with paper shell, place the cup on it, pour some of the mixture, and freeze naturally into shape. Remove from the frame and stand vertically on the work surface.
-
4. Heat again, mix cocoa powder and water to make a thin paste, stir in the remaining mixture (or directly add cocoa powder, but strain after mixing). Pour it into the cup so that it is level with the original layer.
-
5. Chill until set, then refrigerate. Sprinkle with some colored chocolate shavings before serving:Chocolate And that's it:)
