Stir-fried Turnip Greens with Garlic This Way Is Super Delicious!

Kale is a vegetable that I really like, very mild and tasty, good for clearing lung heat. The first time I saw kale, it felt quite unfamiliar, but after trying it a few times, I kept wanting to eat it. Although bok choy may not have many variations, it still requires some tricks to do well; simple yet not easy. As someone who enjoys sharing, I will now share how to cook kale with everyone.Ingredients: 500g of kale, oil as needed, salt as needed, garlic as needed Steps:
1. Cut the kale into shorter pieces.
2. Heat the wok and add oil, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the kale.

4. Season with salt.

5. Add some fish sauce for flavoring.

6. The kale is done when it is slightly wilted; it can be served now.

Tip:

Stir-fry kale over high heat, quickly, as low heat will not bring out the aroma.

Blanch the lambsquarters until done before placing in the pot.
Tips
Cooking lambsquarters should be done over high heat and quickly; using low heat will result in a less flavorful dish.
