3. Pour the soaked adzuki beans with water into the inner pot of a pressure cooker; ensure the water level is about 1 cm above the beans.

4. Use the / function to cook for 45 minutes.

5. Press the cooked adzuki beans gently until they break easily, indicating they are done cooking. If one cycle does not soften them completely, repeat the process.

6. Transfer the cooked adzuki beans and their liquid into the bread bucket along with brown sugar and corn oil.
