Rosemary Roasted Lamb Chops Method



Go to the supermarket, coincidentally encounter fresh rosemary, like finding a treasure, hurriedly buy a box and take it home. Tips:

1. If the lamb chops are frozen, need to thaw first.
2. Rinse the lamb chops in clear water before marinating to remove some of the gamey smell.
3. If not used to spicy food, can use less chili powder.
4. If there is no fresh rosemary, dried ones can be used as a substitute.
5. Without a blender, finely chop garlic and ginger together with other seasonings for marinating the lamb chops.
If you can't handle spicy food, use less chili powder.
