Steamed Ribs and Tofu Ingredients Introduction
Cornstarch (1 tablespoon) Chicken powder (half a spoon) Salt (a little) Garlic (1 clove) Chili pepper (1 piece)
Rib and tofu marination steps:
Cut the tofu into pieces, wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces.

Ribs should be marinated with oyster sauce, salt, oil, chicken powder, cornstarch, garlic,and fermented black beans for about 15 minutes. 2. Arrange the tofu on the dish first,

then place the ribs in the middle; steam them over boiling water for 15 minutes using high heat.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
