Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables Home Recipe

New Year is coming soon. It feels like the years are passing by so quickly. This must be my third zodiac year, oh no, I accidentally revealed my age. Back in the day, I always rushed forward with countless little goals.Like treating myself to a big meal after getting paid this month, buying some clothes that made me look good and elegant. But all those things ended up being just KFC hamburgersand large fries from Dongda Market again. These years have passed, yet as an art design graduate, I've taken a path in cooking skills.

In the new year, I hope to make more progress and live it up better than 2017 did. This is also one of my little goals for the new year. Now that the Spring Festival is approaching, those of you working in Beijing can't wait to go home either. Maybe we haven't been buying or cooking much lately at home. I wonder how I will spend the last few days of 2016.

A simple stir-fry might be just what's needed, something colorful and fitting for our current moods. The ingredients for this dish should be semi-prepared, with many items available in the supermarket frozen section. At home, just mix them up and stir-fry; it looks great, tastes delicious, and is easy to prepare.Let's do it tomorrow! Mixed vegetables:Green peas - 200g, millet corn - 200g,shiitake mushrooms, red chili peppers, ham, scallions, and garlic.

Seasoning:sugar, rice wine, soy sauce, salt, and

ginger oil.

Preparation:

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

Cut the ham into bits.Slice the scallions and garlic. Slice the red chili peppers.

1. Sauté the scallion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

2. Add the mushroom bits and stir-fry until cooked through.

3. Add the ham bits and stir-fry together.

4. Add the green peas and corn kernels and stir-fry for a bit more time.

5. Season with soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and salt; mix well and pour in the ginger oil just before serving.

Tip 1: The ingredients for this dish are flexible based on personal preference;you can also add some carrot or black fungus if you like. Tip 2: Most of these vegetables are available frozen in supermarkets, so all you need to do is defrost and stir-fry them at home. You could even throw a few into your rice or porridge for an extra flavor. It also goes well.

2. The green beans and corn kernels used in this dish are available in the frozen section of supermarkets, so you don't need to do much processing at home; just thaw and cook them.Throw some into the rice while cooking it. Or add a bit when boiling it.It's also nice to put some in. Adding a bit of it is also good.
