Steps for preparing fried tofu:
1. Cut the tofu into triangular slices

2.Green bell pepper,Red bell pepper, green onions,Ginger are cut and ready to use

3.A non-stick pan is heated with oil. Place the tofu slice by slice into the pot, using medium heat to fry.

4. During frying, gently flip the tofu with a fork, and shake the pan slightly to prevent sticking.

5. Fry both sides of the tofu until golden brown. Use a fork to remove it and place on a plate.

6. In another pot with oil, add ginger, green onions, green bell peppers, and red bell peppers, stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Then add the fried tofu, salt, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and water, continue to stir-fry. Finally, add Monosodium glutamate and serve in a dish.
