oil as needed, salt as needed, star anise 1 piece,cassia bark a little bit, Chinese bay leaf 2 pieces, Chinese prickly ash a little bit, ginger 1 block,dry red chili 1 piece, soy sauce 1 tablespoon.Steps: Prepare the ingredients.Rinse the beef and cut it into large pieces. Rinse the radish and cut it into random dice.Pour an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add the beef and blanch it. Remove the beef from the pot after blanching and set aside.Add a little oil to the pot, fry the ginger, star anise, cassia bark, Chinese bay leaf, Chinese prickly ash, and dry red chili. Add white radish and an appropriate amount of water to the slow cooker.

Pour water into the outer pot of the slow cooker and place the inner pot with the ingredients inside.

Cover, plug in the power source, and choose the "slow simmer" function. Add salt at about half an hour before serving.

3. Wash the radish with clear water and cut it into dice.

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot, put in the beef brisket and boil it.

9. Pour white radish and an appropriate amount of water into the slow cooker.

10. Pour water into the water container, place the slow cooker inside it.

11. Cover with lid, plug in and turn on the machine, select "Pressure Cooking" function, add salt half an hour before serving.
