Homemade Condensed Milk Cookies Recipe


The fragrance of condensed milk is rich and crispy.Cookies Dry, good for idle chewing.
Ingredients Main ingredients:Low-gluten flour 130g, unsalted butter 50g, 16g white sugar,Unsalted butter 50g, 16g white sugar, 1g salt Condensed milk 50g, 1g salt
Steps

1. Soften the butter and add granulated sugar to it.

2. Mix evenly.

3. Add condensed milk.

4. Low-speed mix until fully combined.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour.

6. Mix into a loose state.

7. Put on gloves and knead the loose flour into a ball.

8.Cookies Mold lined with parchment paper, fill with dough, press flat, and refrigerate for about 1 hour until the dough is firm.

9. Remove frozen dough from refrigerator, demould it, cut into 5mm thick slices, try to make them as uniform in thickness as possible!

10. Bake at upper and lower heat of 180°C for 15-18 minutes on middle rack.

11. Or roll out the dough with a mold to get shapes

12. Place on baking tray, bake at upper and lower heat.

13. Bake at upper and lower heat of 170°C for about 15 minutes on middle rack.
