Homemade Stuffed Vegetable Tart with Dumpling Skin


Dumplings Skin Vegetable Frittata, a good way to use up leftover dumpling skins. Beautifully shaped, rich in ingredients, nutritious and delicious.
Ingredients Main Ingredients: 9 dumpling skins,Onion an appropriate amount, Hu Carrot an appropriate amount,Cilantro an appropriate amount, homemade Ham an appropriate amount,Corn kernels an appropriate amount, Mozzarella Cheese an appropriate amount
Steps

1. Place dumpling skins in tart molds and make the bottom flat. Then brush a bit of oil inside and place them in the oven,Oven at 150° for about 10 minutes.

2. Chop onions, carrots, cilantro.Carrot Chopped

3. Boil corn kernels, slice ham into pieces.

4. In a pot, add a little oil and heat it up, then add chopped onions and carrots to stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add boiled corn kernels and ham pieces, along with Soy Sauce, salt and stir until well combined.

6. Add cilantro and stir evenly, done.

7. Transfer the cooked filling into tart shells.

8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.Cheese

9. Place in the oven again for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

10. Remove from the oven, remove the mold and enjoy while hot.
Tips
1. The vegetables can be adjusted according to personal preference, avoiding overly watery ones.
2. Adding ham increases meat flavor; other meats could also work but should be pre-cooked before adding into the tart.
3. The first baking just needs a slight set, do not fully brown as there will be another round of baking.
