Homestyle Oyster Sauce Baked Chicken Wings Recipe


Half a year ago, I promised my friends to make chicken wings for them to eat.However, the main issue is that I have severe procrastination issues. Finally, I bit the bullet and repaid the chicken wings owed to them.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 500g of chicken wings, secondary ingredients:Ginger 2 slices, salt 1g, rice wine 15ml,Soy sauce 10ml,Sugar 5g, plant oil 45ml, oyster sauce 45ml
Steps

1. Wash the chicken wings and make incisions.

2. Drain the chicken wings and place them in a bowl; add ginger slices cut into strips to the bowl.

3. Add rice wine.

4. Add soy sauce.

5. Add salt.

6. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

7. Pour oil into a pot and fry over low heat until both sides turn golden yellow.

8. Add oyster sauce.

9. Stir evenly.

10. Add water to cover the chicken wings.

11. Pour in the marinade used for the chicken wings.

12. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam, then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.

13. Add sugar.

14. Stir evenly and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.

15. Serve in a dish.
Tips
1. Marinate the chicken wings for half an hour beforehand to make them more flavorful.
2. To marinate better, you can also cut slashes on both sides of the chicken wings.
