1 Clean the asparagus well and blanch it in boiling water for about 15 seconds, then immediately remove it and quickly immerse it in cold water to cool down. This will make the texture of the asparagus crispier.
2 After cooling, remove the asparagus from the water, drain it, and cut it into even pieces. Cut the bacon into strips about 8 to 10 centimeters long. Place 2 to 3 segments of asparagus on one piece of bacon, roll it up.
3 Pierce the rolled asparagus with a bamboo skewer to secure them. Now you have made an asparagus bacon roll. Repeat this for all asparagus pieces and set aside.
