Homemade Steamed Shrimp with Sauce

My little girl loves eating shrimp, and the usual quick method at home is to put fresh shrimp in a pot.Steam them. They become cooked. Occasionally, I would take some time to prepare a delicious oil-braised shrimp, which would definitely make my little girl eat until she was full that meal. The traditional dish of oil-braised shrimp requires mastering the timing; if it's too short, the shrimp won't be well-seasoned, and if too long, the meat becomes tough and loses its nutritional value. Here I used an electric pan instead of a wok to save time and effort while maintaining a good flavor.Ingredients Main ingredients: 1000g large prawns, 10ml oil, 3g salt, 5ml oyster sauce, 5ml soy sauce, 5g sugar, 10ml water, 5ml rice wine, 5g spring onion, ginger
Steps 1. Wash the fresh prawns and remove the whiskers and shrimp vein.2. Marinate with salt and rice wine. 3. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water into a seasoning sauce, and chop the spring onion and ginger finely.4. Spread oil on the electric pan. 5g
5. Select the fish and shrimp function to preheat.

6. After preheating, place the prawns inside.

7. Once the color of the prawns turns red, open the lid.

8. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning sauce.

9. Add the chopped spring onion and ginger, cover again and continue to cook until the electric pan stops working.

10. Use a wooden spatula to flip the shrimp evenly.

11. The delicious

can now be enjoyed.

Tips

1. Marinate the prawns with salt beforehand; adding a little rice wine can help remove any fishy smell and highlight the flavor.

2. Since there is already some saltiness from the seasoning, only add a small amount of salt when marinating to avoid over-salting.3. Mix 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 tablespoon sugar to make the seasoning sauce. 4. I used Midea's electric pan with its fish and shrimp function, which is particularly delicious for both frying fish and braising shrimp.
