Homemade Method for Sesame Walnut Candy

Winter nourishment, spring tigers, I used to do this when young.Sesame seeds, peanuts,walnuts were all my tasks. Even with a big stove, I never burnt them because I would always go play for a while and then return to stir the fire. Uncertain cooks can try it in just 10 seconds, then turn off the heat!

  Black sesame seeds with added almond kernels, home leftover. Raisins were also used, making them both fragrant and sweet. You can't help but eat more, but dieters should control themselves; 50 grams of sesame candy has a high calorie count!Ingredients: 300 grams black sesame seeds, 100 grams almond kernels, 8 dates. 200 gramssugar,

230 grams maltose, 150 grams water.1. Prepare the ingredients; roast the black sesame seeds until fully cooked and let them cool. 2. Bake the almond kernels in an oven at 150 degrees for about 8 minutes.Roughly chop the dates. 2. Mix sugar, water, and maltose together.

3. Cook over medium heat until it boils down into small bubbles.

This process takes about 4 minutes.4. Use low heat to add roasted black sesame seeds, almond kernels, and chopped dates. Stir evenly.5. Pour the mixture into a container, pressing firmly.

Allow it to cool slightly before cutting into pieces. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.

1. Do not use high heat when roasting sesame seeds; be patient until you hear the sound change from dense to sparse and smell the fragrance, indicating they are ready.2. Pressing must be done firmly to prevent crumbling when cutting.

3. It can also cool completely before cutting, but it requires more effort and there may be some small pieces.(This is what I did after letting them fully cool)4. Baking almond kernels in the oven is convenient and prevents burning.

The fire for stir-frying the sesame seeds should not be too high; some patience is required. When they are nearly done, a cracking sound will start to occur, becoming less frequent and accompanied by a pleasant aroma.

When pressing, ensure it is compacted tightly to prevent disintegration when cutting.

It can also be cooled completely, but more effort is needed for slicing, and there may be some small pieces. This one was fully cooled before slicing.

Roasting the walnut kernels in an oven is more convenient and less likely to burn.
