Steps for Steaming Mountain Yams:
1. Peel and wash the mountain yam (wear gloves when peeling to avoid itching).

2. Slice the mountain yam thinly.

3.Garlic Chives Cut into segments,Red Pepper Slice diagonally.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

5. Add sliced mountain yam and stir-fry quickly.

6. Stir-fry for about two minutes, then add red pepper and remaining garlic chives.

7. Add salt,Black Pepper, a little MSG,and pour in some rice wine to mix well. 8. Serve on a plate once done.
