Homemade Longan Walnut Fish Head Soup Recipe

Ingredients Main ingredients:Fish head 500g,Longan meat 20g,Walnut kernels 20g, Ginger slightly sliced, cooking wine 5ml, salt 2g, chicken powder 2g, edible oil as needed Steps
1. Remove scales and gills from the fish head and cut it in half, set aside.

2. Heat a pan with oil, then add the fish pieces to fry until fragrant.

3. Add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Pour in cooking wine and stir-fry to enhance freshness.

5. Add enough water.

6. Add longan meat.

7. Add walnut kernels, cover the pot with a lid, and boil over high heat for 20 minutes on low heat.

8. Remove the lid and add salt.

9. Add chicken powder and stir well.

10. Cook until well flavored, then serve in a bowl.
