Home-style Stir-fried Tomato with Broccoli Method


Broccoli is now included by nutritionists worldwide in anti-cancer food lists, so it's still better to eat more regularly. When I took out some broccoli from the refrigerator recently,strawberries, winter brings colder weather and fewer fruits are consumed. Adding fruits to dishes may reduce their nutritional value, but eating is better than not eating, isn't it?
Ingredients Main ingredients: 250g broccoli, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, 150g cherry tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic,Soy sauce as needed,Sugar as needed
Steps

1. Prepare some broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Cut the broccoli into small florets and soak them in water to clean.

2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and cut the garlic into slices as preparation.

3. Boil a pot of water, add a few drops of oil and one spoonful of salt, then blanch the broccoli for one minute before removing and draining it.

4. Heat the wok with cold oil and fry the garlic slices until fragrant.

5. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for a few seconds.

6. Add the cherry tomatoes and stir-fry for a few more seconds.

7. Season according to taste by adding salt, soy sauce, and a little sugar, then stir-fry until well combined before serving.
Tip: Blanching broccoli can help remove residual pesticides.
