Dry shrimp mixed with iceberg lettuce and pickled pig ear and goose intestine home recipe

The names of dishes in Western cuisine, although long, make it clear what's on the table just by looking at them. Chinese dish names can be simple or have descriptive names, but deciphering the contents of the dish may take some time. This dish is equally straightforward; knowing what's in the finished product requires only reading the name.Ingredients Use watercress, a newly introduced edible ingredient, and a bit of pre-prepared vegetables. After a few adjustments, it’s ready to serve. The steps are simple and easy. The key lies in preparing the seasoning sauce; doing so well ensures the dish's success. It draws inspiration from Sour and Spicy Peppery Chicken Feet, but with a milder taste, slightly reducing the shrimp-dry fishy smell and watercress bitterness. This makes it mildly spicy and sour, stimulating appetite. Thus, the steps to prepare the seasoning sauce are a bit more intricate, but it remains simple and easy to make.
