3. Then knead into a smooth dough (it may be initially hard; keep kneading and adding a little water if too dry).

4. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

5. After resting, slightly roll out the dough and place a baking paper underneath.

Baking

Transfer directly to a baking tray with the parchment paper to avoid deforming the cookies during transfer.

9. For the remaining dough, roll it into 3-5 mm thickness again, cut out base shapes measuring about 17x17 cm, make holes with a fork, then bake in the preheated oven at 175°C for 10-15 minutes.10.
