Homemade Steamed Tofu Fried with Garlic Sauce Recipe


Eat tofu, it's not just stewed or stir-fried. Actually, frying the tofu golden and then braising it with a sauce gives it a unique flavor. Today's preparation of this tofu is in that style, using steamed fish soy sauce for seasoning, resulting in a salty and fragrant yet soft and tender tofu. Add garlic? What a terrible taste! Don't worry about the garlic using the soy sauce,sugar to season; it will reduce its awkward flavor significantly. Ingredients: Main ingredients: 200g tofu, enough oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar,steamed fish soy sauce for seasoning, 1 head of garlic
Steps:

1. Smash the garlic cloves.

2. Put the smashed garlic in a small bowl and mix with steamed fish soy sauce, sugar, and a little water to make the seasoning sauce.

3. Cut the tofu into mahjong-sized pieces.

4. In a wok, heat oil and arrange the tofu pieces to fry until both sides are golden brown.

5. Drain off excess oil from the wok,

then pour in the prepared seasoning sauce.
6. Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens, then finish cooking with high heat to reduce the sauce. That taste will be terrible!
