Homestyle Garlic Braised Pork Slice Method

Ingredients Main Ingredients:Pork 200g,Ginger 5g, garlic 10g,Kaffir lime seeds 1 gram,Soy sauce 2 tablespoons,MSG 1/4 teaspoon, Sichuan pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon,Chili oil 2 teaspoons,Sugar 1/2 teaspoon,Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
Steps

Prepare the ingredients: pork, ginger and garlic, scallions, for boiling: ginger and garlic slices,, kaffir lime seeds.

In a pot, add water, place in onion knots and ginger and garlic slices with kaffir lime seeds, boil until the pork is cooked.

Use a toothpick to pierce the pork easily before taking it out.

Slice the cooked pork.

Mix chopped ginger and garlic, scallions, sugar, soy sauce,chili oil, Sichuan pepper powder, MSG, vinegar in a bowl.
