Tasty and Crispy Egg Pile Home Cooking Method

Last time we used breakfast made a hamburger once then practiced making it several times, including snacks and found that if you want to make it look good, the bread on top cannot be pressed down. Also, with more filling, the top part cannot be compressed, which makes the heating plate at the top seem a bit redundant. This time I accidentally discovered an effective method for making an egg burger that looks well-colored and is also crispy and delicious to eat.Ingredients Main ingredients: 1 hamburger bun,
1 egg,
1 slice of ham, 3g of lettuce,3g of purple cabbage, an appropriate amount of salad dressing, and salt.Steps 1. Cut the hamburger bun in half horizontally, then cut both the top and bottom layers into thin slices.2. First, use the lower layer components to crack an egg and sprinkle a little salt on it. Let the egg surface set.3. Directly lift the upper layer components and place the bread slice at the bottom component, then spread some salad dressing. 4. Place the ham slice on top; this action must be quick to prevent the egg from moving.5. Put down the components, and place lettuce and purple cabbage on the surface of the egg. You can add more salad dressing if desired. While making it, you need to take photos; I really couldn't keep track of everything and often forgot what to put next.
6. Finally, place another bread slice on top.

7. Press flat so that the upper heating plate can be used for 2 seconds only to get the color shown in the picture, which I think is just right.

8. Stack them together; this looks the best. Tips

1. If you're worried about the egg moving or prefer a runny yolk that isn't fully cooked, it's better to remove it first to ensure the integrity of the egg.

Cook the egg first and shorten the baking time for the bread to prevent it from burning.

2. When the egg is completely set, the burger will separate nicely when eaten. If the egg is only half-set, place the bread slice on top, heat for 1 minute until the egg sets; this keeps the two components stuck together firmly, which I prefer.3. With fewer fillings in the middle, it adheres better; too many fillings are hard to press down.

Place the other bread slice on top.

Press it flat using a top heating plate for just 2 seconds, which I think gives the perfect color.

Stacking them together looks the best.
Tips:
1. If you're worried about egg movement or prefer a runny yolk, take out the eggs first to ensure their integrity remains intact. Cook the eggs first so that the bread can be baked for less time and won't burn.
2. When the eggs are fully set, the egg sandwich will separate easily when eaten. If the eggs are only partly set, place the bread slice on top and heat it for 1 minute; this allows the eggs to set and stick to the bread, which I prefer.
3. With fewer fillings in the middle, they fit better; too many ingredients can make pressing difficult.
