Homemade Stir-Fried Soft Tofu with Minced Meat


This packaged fresh tofu.Tofu in a box, appears frequently on our dining table, mainly due to its simple and convenient preparation. This method especially,makes for a tasty and quick breakfast, giving a similar feel to doufufu (tofu pudding).A bowl of this for breakfast, paired with stir-fried dough sticks

or steamed buns, is very satisfying.Steamed buns. They taste so satisfying to eat.
Mung Bean Paste Tofu [Ingredients:] Firm tofu.
Pork belly.Seasonings:
Dark soy sauce.Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, scallions. Dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, green onions.Red pepper flakes. Sugar.Rice wine. Ginger.Garlic. Sichuan peppercorns.Fried dough sticks or steamed buns for breakfast are both good choices.
Preparation process:
1. One box of fresh tofu.
2. Take the tofu out of the box, cut it into several pieces and place it in a pot to heat until boiling, then cook for 1 minute.
3. Cut the pork belly into mince.
4. Heat a wok and add some cooking oil, then stir-fry minced ginger and garlic, followed by Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant.

5. Add mutton mince and stir-fry until it changes color.
6. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, a little sugar, stir well and simmer until thickened before turning off the heat.
7. Place the tofu in a large bowl.
8. Pour the meat mince over it, sprinkle with scallions and chili flakes.


Tips:
Tip:This recipe I have made many times, adding chili oil and mature vinegar also tastes great.
When stir-frying the meat mince, use more dark soy sauce and oyster sauce as these will be used to season the tofu. If you prefer a stronger flavor, add extra salt.
3. If available,coriander could enhance the flavor but I didn't have any at home so left it out.
4. When heating the tofu, no water is needed as it contains enough moisture on its own and can also be steamed in a steamer basket.Steam them. Done.
