Homemade Shrimp Pumpkin Fried Rice Recipe


I am a bad mother, trying every means to add disliked vegetables into my children's food. This stir-fried rice is one of my creations.Stir-fried Rice is what I came up with. The finished dish shines golden like butter and the children exclaimed how delicious it was.
Ingredients Main ingredients:Rice one bowl, oil and salt as needed,Pumpkin 40 grams, chopped green onions as needed,Shrimp as needed
Steps

1. Peel and core the pumpkin, then cut it into slices and steam them on a steaming rack.Steam until they are cooked.

2. Blanch the shrimp, then remove the shell.

3. Prepare all the ingredients.

4. Heat the oil in a wok, add leftover rice, and stir-fry over high heat until each grain is separate.

5. Add the steamed pumpkin.

6. Stir evenly.

7. Add shrimp

8. Add salt and chopped green onions as needed, mix well, then transfer to a bowl and press down tightly.

9. Turn it over onto a plate.
Tips
1. The pumpkin has high water content; the leftover rice used should be very dry.
2. Stir-fry the rice until each grain is separate before adding the pumpkin, otherwise, the rice will clump together.
