Homemade Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  Thighs of chicken 2 pieces,Sausages two pieces,Mushrooms 6 pieces,Ginger 2 slices, garlic 2 cloves,Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons, light soy sauce 1 tablespoon, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, sugar 1 tablespoon,Rice wine 1 cup,Lotus leaves 1 piece

Steps:

1. Soak the rice for 2 hours in water,Steam it until cooked and set aside, soak the lotus leaf. Wash the ginger and garlic, slice the ginger, mince the garlic.

2. Wash the chicken thighs and remove the bones.

3. Soak the mushrooms and sausages, then cut them into pieces.

4. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic, add chicken meat and sausages, stir-fry with mushrooms until fragrant, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a little water.

5. Add the cooked rice and mix well.

6. Wrap the rice in the lotus leaf, steam for 30 minutes after cold water starts boiling.
