Homestyle Oyster Sauce Bok Choy with Bean Puffs


This is a very simple home dish.It uses winter seasonal vegetables - Chinese cabbage. and tofu, simmered together, it's simple yet very delicious.A little oyster sauce can be added to enhance the flavor. Ingredients:Main ingredients; 3 Chinese cabbages, 250g of tofu puffs, oil as needed, salt as needed, 20g of oyster sauce, a little sugar, shrimp chips as needed, green onions,

as needed. Steps:1. Prepare all the ingredients.2. Boil the tofu puffs in hot water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside. 3. In a wok, add oil to fry the green onions, ginger, and shrimp chips until fragrant.
4. Add the tofu puffs and stir-fry.

5. Then add sliced Chinese cabbage.

6. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar. Cook until the Chinese cabbage is soft.

Tips:

Boiling the tofu puffs for a few minutes can remove some of the oil and reduce the bean smell.
