Homemade Steamed Spare Ribs with Dried Mushrooms


A simple yet beloved side dish, from childhood until now, I never tire of it. When Mom made it back then, she would cook extra rice because even the sauce was devoured, always ending up with an extra bowlful. Now that I cook for myself, I particularly enjoy making this dish as much for its taste as for Steaming its simplicity and health benefits.
Ingredients Main ingredients:Mushrooms Six pieces,Ribs 400 grams, oil to taste, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce,Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Steps

1. Soak the mushrooms in a little water.

2. Marinate the ribs with seasonings for an hour.

3. Slice the mushrooms.

4. Add the mushrooms to the ribs, add a bit of oil, and mix well.

5. Place them in the pressure cooker.

6. Use the pressure cooker's "Steam Ribs" function and start it.
