Homemade Stewed Pork with Salted Vegetables

Preserved vegetables stewPork is what I have been eating from street food growing up, where every winter families would preserve a lot of preserved vegetables, either sending them to family members who were away or keeping them for personal consumption.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 500g pork, 250g preserved vegetables, appropriate amount of oil, 1 small bowl of water
Steps

1. Clean the pork and cut it into large pieces; clean the preserved vegetables and chop them finely.

2. Fry the pork in a pot with oil.

3. Cook until the pork changes color, then add the chopped preserved vegetables and stir-fry evenly.

4. Pour the well-stirred mixture of pork and preserved vegetables into a pressure cooker.

5. Add 1 small bowl of water, cover, and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, then low heat for 20 minutes.

6. Serve directly in a dish after cooking.
Tips
The preserved vegetables are salty, so no additional salt is needed; it's essential to use a pressure cooker to release the fragrance of the preserved vegetables.
