Ingredients Main ingredients: 4 Yangshan Lake crabs, 200g rice noodles, 1 tablespoon fermented bean paste, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 ginger root, half an onion, 1 spring onion, a little flour, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon sugar, an appropriate amount of cooking wine, and a little soy sauce.Ginger,onion,flour,sugar.soy sauce.
Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients;
