Homemade Steamed Quail Eggs with Minced Meat Method



This dish is actually quite simple, but it looks pleasing to the eye and tastes delicious. Sometimes a simple cauliflower dish can bring more surprises with some subtle, slightly decorated for presentation.

Tips:

1. Adding a bit of starch when marinating the mutton mince and shrimp will make them tender.2. You can also use an egg tart mold or small dishes for steaming. 3. Be careful not to add too much soy sauce, as the mutton and shrimp have been pre-marinated with salt.
