Homeemade Recipe for Angelica and Astragalus Pork Bone Soup


When Angelica sinensis and Astragalus membranaceus are well-known Chinese herbal medicines, in the cold winter season,beef shin can be paired to simmer a warming soup. It benefits qi and kidneys, enhancing one's resistance.

1. Prepare all required ingredients;

2. Boil water in a pot, add beef shin when the water comes to a boil, remove from heat after boiling to eliminate blood residue,and then remove
