Home-style Beef Soup Dumplings Method

Small and delicate Dumplings, are our family's favorite. I particularly enjoy making them with beef, which is rich in protein, and amino acids, greatly aiding the child's growth and development. Moreover, it has less fat than pork, making it relatively healthier. Many friends have complained that their homemade meat filling turns out too tough for kids to eat,but I have a trick: just add an egg to the meat filling, and the texture will be much better.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 50 grams of beef, one bowl of broth, oil as needed, salt as needed, three quail eggs, chopped green onions as needed, dumpling wrappers as needed.
Steps 1. Cut the beef into large pieces and mix with chopped green onions in a food processor to make meat paste.2. Wash the quail eggs. 3. Add them to the meat paste.4. Add salt. 5. Start the machine and mix all ingredients until well combined. 6. Take a dumpling wrapper,
and put a small ball of meat filling on it.

7. Fold the wrapper in half.

8. Roll the edges up to seal them together.

9. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.

10. Bring the broth to a boil and add salt and green onions.

11. Boil a pot of water, then add the dumplings and cook until they are done.

12. Remove them from the pot,and place them in the prepared soup. Tips

1. Mix the beef paste thoroughly before adding an egg, ensuring it absorbs well.

At this point, the meat filling will be very smooth and silky.

2. Unlike dumplings, only a small amount of meat should be applied to each wonton.

Boil the broth, add salt and chopped green onions.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the wontons, and cook until they are done.

Remove with a strainer, place them in the prepared soup.
Tips:
1. Mix the beef filling until smooth before adding the egg; stir until fully absorbed. At this point, the meat filling will be exceptionally smooth and silky.
2. Wontons differ from dumplings in that you only need to lightly coat them with a bit of meat.
