How to cook pork belly with rice cakes
1. Rinse the pork belly with warm water, then slice it thinly;Remove the stems from the fresh mushrooms and cut them into thin strips;Cut the rice cake into small pieces;
2. Chop the garlic cloves and ginger into fine pieces;Use only the stems of the celery, wash and cut them diagonally;Add 1-2 spoons of bottled chopped chili pepper;

Tips:
1. You can substitute chopped chili pepper with fermented bean paste or Old Dry Mother; 2. Rice cakes soften easily when heated; do not stir frequently in the pan but use steaming method instead;
3. The pork belly and chili pepper are already salty, so you may not need to add salt for this dish.
This dish does not need to include salt as the preserved meat and chopped chili paste are already salty.
