Homestyle Stir-Fried Rice with Scallion Pancake and Bacon

This Stir-fried Rice uses Helmei's premium Bacon, adding smoky aroma,combined with the fragrance of Chinese green onions. Just a simple seasoning, it is delicious and appetizing!

Rib: 5 slices of bacon, 100 grams of chopped Chinese green onions, 1 cup of leftover rice, 25 grams of salad oil, 2 grams of salt

1 Prepare the ingredients; wash the Chinese green onions, cut them into small pieces, and chop the bacon.

2. Heat a dry pan with oil, first stir-fry the bacon until fragrant. Once the bacon aroma comes out, add in the segments of Chinese green onions.

3. Stir-fry evenly; the fragrance of the Chinese green onions will come out!! Add rice, a little salt and stir-fry until all rice grains are fully separated.

Tips:

1. Do not use too much salt, as bacon already has a salty taste.

2. Leftover rice with less moisture will have a better texture when stir-fried!
