Homemade Sweet Yam Soup Recipe


Sweet potato It contains dietary fiber and is rich in vitamins, beneficial for spleen tonification and bowel movement. Sweet potatoes must be fully cooked before eating, and you shouldn't eat too much at once. People with stomach acid should eat less.

Steps

1. Prepare all ingredients. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

2. Soak the cut sweet potato pieces in water for a while to remove the starch.

3. Put some water in a pot and add the sweet potato chunks, then bring it to a boil over high heat.

4. Add red sugar and ginger slices.
