Home-style Stir-fried Green Bell Pepper with Tofu Skin


Tofu Pith is made by heating and boiling soymilk.mung bean milk. It has very high nutritional value, so choose tofu pith that is light yellow with a glossy texture, in strip or leaf shape, and crispy. Avoid too yellow or too white ones. Soften the dried tofu pith in cold water for about 3 hours before slicing it up. Soaking tofu pith in hot water can easily break them.
Ingredients Main ingredients: 60g dry tofu pith, 150g lean meat,and 3 green peppers. Use 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 small spoon of salt,an appropriate amount of yellow bean sauce and starch, and some garlic slices. A little MSG and a bit of light soy sauce are also needed.Steps 1. Soak the dry tofu pith in cold water for about 3 hours, then cut into pieces.2. Cut the green peppers and marinate the lean meat slices with starch and light soy sauce. 3. Cook the meat slices until done and set aside; fry garlic slices in oil first, then add the green peppers and cook them until soft, before adding the tofu pith.4. Cut the bell peppers and marinate thin beef slices with starch and light soy sauce.
