"Huangmen Ji Mifan"

This dish of Braised Chicken in Brown Saucerises to fame across the south and north of China. However, different stores have their own unique methods, and after trying several, we all agreed that this method tastes best.Unfortunately, I had no other vegetables at home today, so I only used black fungus, though shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms,or Chinese cabbage would be perfect.But once you learn how to make the chicken, you can freely innovate based on your preferences:enjoy! Ingredients Main ingredients: 2 chicken legs, 20g of black fungus, oil as needed, salt as needed, 13 pieces of rock sugar, 2 dried red chili peppers, 3 slices of ginger, 8g of soy sauce, 8g of cooking wine, and chicken essence as needed.
