Homemade Stovetop Fried Small Potatoes


Small potatoes are thin-skinned and pale, round and very cute.Their texture is fine and soft when cooked, making them delicious whether fried, stewed or roasted. Main ingredients: 600g small potatoes.
Auxiliary materials:
Red pepper powder,black pepper powder, salt and pepper seasoning,cumin powder, and dill to taste.

The steps for pan-fried small potatoes:
1. Wash the small potatoes thoroughly.
2. Place them in a steamer basket and steam until cooked through.Steam Until done

3. Peel off the skin of the small potatoes.
4. Slightly flatten the small potatoes.

5.A non-stick pan or skillet is recommended for this step. Drizzle a small amount of oil in the pan, heat the oil until hot, then add the small potatoes and fry over low heat.
6. Sprinkle with red pepper powder, black pepper powder, salt and pepper seasoning, and cumin powder to taste.

7. Add dill or other seasonings as desired. Fry both sides of the small potatoes until golden.
8. Finished.

Tip: Use low heat throughout the cooking process.
